2. Digital Products & Nature of Purchase

All products sold on this website are digital downloadable PDFs containing cosmetic formulation guides, manufacturing procedures, and business launch strategies. No physical products will be shipped.

  • Upon successful payment, you will receive an email with download links.
  • Downloads are limited to 5 attempts within 30 days of purchase.
  • Please save your files securely after download.

3. License & Usage Rights

When you purchase a Formulation PDF from Nexa Formulation Vault, you are granted a Non-Exclusive, Commercial-Use License under the following terms:

✅ You MAY:

  • Use the formulation to manufacture and sell finished cosmetic products under your own brand name
  • Modify the formulation for your specific needs (with proper testing)
  • Use the manufacturing guidelines for internal production or contract manufacturing
  • Share the PDF with your employees or contracted manufacturers under confidentiality

❌ You MAY NOT:

  • Resell, redistribute, or share the PDF file itself (digitally or physically)
  • Upload the PDF to public websites, forums, or file-sharing platforms
  • Claim authorship or intellectual property rights over the original formulation document
  • Use the formulation to create a competing "formulation guide" business

Violation of these terms may result in immediate license termination and legal action.

4. Intellectual Property

All formulations, documents, graphics, and content on this website are the intellectual property of Nexababa LLC, New Mexico, USA and/or its licensors. Purchasing a PDF does not transfer copyright ownership.

5. No Guarantee of Regulatory Approval

While our formulations are developed using scientific principles and regulatory guidelines (FDA, EU, ISO), we do not guarantee that your final product will automatically comply with local regulations.

Your Responsibility: You are solely responsible for:
