Commercial Use License

Applies to: All Formulation PDFs purchased from Nexa Formulation Vault

License Grant

Upon full payment, Nexa Formulation Vault grants you a Non-Exclusive, Non-Transferable, Perpetual License to use the purchased formulation document for commercial purposes under the terms below.

Permitted Uses

  • Manufacture & Sell: Produce finished cosmetic products using the formulation and sell them under your brand name
  • Modify: Adjust ingredient percentages, swap compatible ingredients, or adapt for your equipment (with proper testing)
  • Internal Use: Share the PDF with your employees, contractors, or contract manufacturers under confidentiality agreement
  • Multiple Batches: Use the formulation for unlimited production batches
  • Geographic Scope: Sell your finished products in any country (subject to your local regulatory compliance)

Prohibited Uses

  • Resale of PDF: You may NOT sell, license, gift, or distribute the PDF file itself in any format
  • Public Sharing: You may NOT upload the PDF to websites, forums, or cloud storage with public links
  • Derivative Guides: You may NOT create and sell your own formulation guide based on our PDF content
  • White-Label Resale: You may NOT rebrand and resell the PDF as your own intellectual property
  • Mass Distribution: You may NOT share the PDF with unrelated third parties beyond your immediate production team

Digital Rights Management

  • Each PDF may contain a unique watermark with your order email/name
  • Download links expire after 5 attempts or 30 days (whichever comes first)
  • We monitor for unauthorized distribution and reserve the right to pursue legal action against piracy

  • No Regulatory Guarantee: This license does not constitute regulatory approval.
  • No Warranty: Formulations are provided "as is" without warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
  • Testing Required: You must conduct stability, compatibility, and safety testing before commercial production.
  • Ingredient Sourcing: You are responsible for sourcing quality, compliant ingredients from reputable suppliers.

License Termination

Your license terminates automatically if you breach these terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the formulation and destroy all copies of the PDF.
