Digital Products - All Sales Final
Because all products at Nexa Formulation Vault are instant-download digital PDFs, we generally do not offer refunds or exchanges once a file has been downloaded or accessed.
Exceptions – Refund Eligibility
We will process a full refund within 7 business days if:
- Technical Failure: You cannot download the file despite multiple attempts and our support team cannot resolve the issue
- Wrong Product Purchased: You contact us within 24 hours of purchase AND have not downloaded/accessed the file
- Duplicate Charge: You were charged multiple times for the same order due to a payment processing error
- File Corruption: The downloaded file is corrupted/unreadable and we cannot provide a working replacement
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be provided for:
- Change of mind or accidental purchase after file access
- Unable to use the formulation due to lack of equipment, ingredients, or expertise
- Regulatory rejection or product failure in your market (see Terms of Service)
- Expectation mismatch (please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing)
How to Request a Refund

- Include your order number, email used for purchase, and detailed reason
- Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days
- If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days
